Inspired by my journey to Japan in 2019 and a deeply moving personal encounter with Mt. Fuji, this painting emerged from a moment that shifted something profound within me.

Went to @art.firepit to check it out as a potential location for an upcoming project, and left with a cosmic reminder from Alan Watts. Loved the initiative of dialing a single number and trusting the universe to deliver the message you need to hear.

My sufi soul's word of 2026 is ✨surrender✨- so this felt right. Here's a clip of the audio I got and it couldn't be more apt, as this was the year I finally rejected the "I didn't ask to be born" mentality. Perhaps more on this another day...
