we are excited to present @s_a__p_a next thursday 28 may for an extended live deep listening concert across three hours at one of our favourite spaces, @tender_place_

rooted in deep techno but unbound by its conventions, sa pa crafts immersive, shape-shifting
compositions that dissolve the distinctions between
rhythm, texture, and space. with releases on labels
like short span, astral industries, marcel dettmann
records (mdr) and mana - sa pa’s catalog spans
atmospheric dub, offbeat club rhythms, and
beatless psychoacoustic explorations.

collaborating with canadian dub artist deadbeat in
2022 for the album the mountain, and once part of
weimar’s giegling collective, sa pa’s music has
made it to compilations for kontra musik, and was
subject to an experimental soundtrack for ostgut
ton’s ambient sub-label a-ton.

following the release of the fool which launched
short span in 2025, sa pa expanded the label’s
portfolio with ambeesh - a third solo lp for the artist;
broadening his unique language of layered field
recordings, acousmatics and dub techno.

sa pa’s live, hybrid and dj sets navigate the tension
between order and fluidity, reshaping minimalist
dance music traditions into ethereal, dreamlike
forms.
