NEFA has partnered with Arts Equity Group (AEG) to lead a multi-year impact assessment of our public art programs. Our shared goal is to better understand how public art creates change for communities and how NEFA can support and strengthen this social impact work. We can’t trace the impacts of our public art grants without hearing from artists and community members.

AEG has conducted a comprehensive review of our grantee reports and is developing more ways that we can hear from the field, including a survey you can complete today, upcoming one-on-one conversations, and more. Together, we can better illustrate the impact of this work and develop new and creative ways to support artists navigating complex public realities with care.

📖 Read about how the assessment is unfolding

🌱💪 Thriving Communities, Sustainable Organizations: ArtTable’s Annual Leadership Series

TB! It was a treat to attend last year’s Arts in Health conversation presented by ArtTable. The panel explored the power of the arts in addressing trauma and fostering community strength, especially in a post-pandemic world.

Spotlighting insights from Amanda Phingbodhipakkiya, Nisha Sajnani, Cris Scorza, and moderated by Julia Hotz, the discussion navigated intersections of health, creativity, and social equity. From pioneering research in art therapy to innovative educational programs and community-based art initiatives, this program presented essential new frameworks for measuring the arts' impact on our well-being.

At AEG, we share ArtTable's unwavering commitment to building sustainable cultural ecosystems through championing the role of the arts as a catalyst for healing, change, and community empowerment.

Let’s keep pushing the boundaries for a future where cultural organizations can flourish and help our communities thrive!

🎨 @masscreative ‘s annual Creative Sector Summit 2025 could not have been more timely with year’s theme: Meeting The Moment: Creative Advocacy & Cultural Organizing for Stronger Communities. This gathering allowed creatives across the state a space to build community and policy response to the ongoing threats towards marginalized communities, arts, and culture. Keynote speaker Giselle Byrd (Executive Director of The Theater Offensive) delivered a powerful message and call for us to meet this moment with love for each other. 🩷

✨ Earlier in the day, Danielle Amodeo, founder and principal consultant at AEG, led an asset mapping workshop for attendees called “Now what?? How to Continue Your Work in an Uncertain Political Reality.” Over 50 participants learned how to tap into the people, places, things, and networks they have access to build up organizational resilience for times of crisis. The most important part of asset mapping? Doing it in relationship and community with others! That’s why this year’s Summit was such an important experience.

At Arts Equity Group, we firmly believe in the power of art, community, and organizing to meet this moment. AEG remains committed to supporting social impact organizations in protecting and increasing accessibility to the arts.

💡 If you know someone in the arts who is going above and beyond, we encourage you to nominate them for this year’s New Leadership Award. Recognition and love from community can energize and inspire leaders to keep going - just as it has for us. 💞

🌍 Cultural Ecosystems at Risk: Global Insights from Local Challenges

We were honored to spend an impactful evening at Magnum Foundation with CEC Artslink and the Culture & Arts Policy Institute. The panel discussion shed light on the vital need to protect cultural ecosystems amidst ongoing global crises, ranging from war and political marginalization to the aftermath of disinvestment.

Facilitated by Gonzalo Casals, the conversation featured insights from Tamara Janashia (Culture and Management Lab), Hnat Zabrodskyy (MOCA), and Randi Berry (IndieSpace), who each shared powerful stories of resilience and rebuilding.

The discussion emphasized the urgent need for models of cultural governance backed by lived experience, grassroots activism, and community-led practices. At Arts Equity Group, we are dedicated to amplifying efforts like these—championing equity, cultural resilience, and grassroots leadership.

View Instagram Stories in Secret

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
