Meet @ashdances_
Ashwini began dancing at the age of five and holds a Senior Diploma in Kathak. Over the years, she has trained in jazz funk, contemporary, hip hop, and other street styles, developing a unique understanding of both Indian and Western movement. She has been teaching dance for several years while continuing to grow as a performer and choreographer. Ashwini currently directs her own team, Gully 91, and has performed and competed at World of Dance three times with various teams. She has also been part of multiple dance teams in Austin and continues to explore movement that blends Indian and Western influences.

She’s teaching Indo Fusion next week!

A Mini Intensive focused on a blend of traditional Indian dance movements with modern or international dance styles to create something new and expressive.

Day 1 - focused on technique, choreography and group activities
Day 2 - refine choreography, feedback and videography showcase at the end of it.
