1. Entering a recreation of a native communal building at @akheritagecenter! Our guide told us the natives believe that you needed to enter backwards to or you would bring bad luck to your family! Needless to say me and mama both went in backwards.
2. Kenai Peninsula welcome sign.
3 and 4. The Veilbreaker Skybridges at @resortalyeska. You ride an aerial tram up 2300 ft and cross 2 suspensions bridges with crazy views. Mama sounds a little scared in the video but she ended up loving it! She even chose to go back across the last bridge when the guides offered us an extra pass! 🏔️
5. Potters Marsh Wildlife viewing boardwalk. This place is so beautiful. It’s just a short drive outside of Anchorage. We saw many types of birds and salmon swimming upstream! We went early morning and the sun coming over the tops of the mountains was breathtaking. 🌅
6. Glacier Creek’s ice blue water 🧊
7. Trying to see the boar tide from Beluga Point. We didn’t get to see a very big bore but the water sure was moving fast and the scenery is out of this world. Plus I’m always happy if I get to climb some rocks. 🪨
8. Tern Lake. The water is like a mirror with a perfect reflection of the mountains 🪞
9. Virgin Creek Falls. It’s only 1/4 mile hike to see this stunning waterfall. The Forrest is old and very mossy. I have never seen anything like it. It looks like something from Jurassic park. 🌲

1. Entering a recreation of a native communal building at @akheritagecenter! Our guide told us the natives believe that you needed to enter backwards to or you would bring bad luck to your family! Needless to say me and mama both went in backwards.
2. Kenai Peninsula welcome sign.
3 and 4. The Veilbreaker Skybridges at @resortalyeska. You ride an aerial tram up 2300 ft and cross 2 suspensions bridges with crazy views. Mama sounds a little scared in the video but she ended up loving it! She even chose to go back across the last bridge when the guides offered us an extra pass! 🏔️
5. Potters Marsh Wildlife viewing boardwalk. This place is so beautiful. It’s just a short drive outside of Anchorage. We saw many types of birds and salmon swimming upstream! We went early morning and the sun coming over the tops of the mountains was breathtaking. 🌅
6. Glacier Creek’s ice blue water 🧊
7. Trying to see the boar tide from Beluga Point. We didn’t get to see a very big bore but the water sure was moving fast and the scenery is out of this world. Plus I’m always happy if I get to climb some rocks. 🪨
8. Tern Lake. The water is like a mirror with a perfect reflection of the mountains 🪞
9. Virgin Creek Falls. It’s only 1/4 mile hike to see this stunning waterfall. The Forrest is old and very mossy. I have never seen anything like it. It looks like something from Jurassic park. 🌲
