The services at Katathani Phuket Beach resort were amazing. The bellman, "Ping Pong" almost made me cry when he rang my doorbell and brought me a cake with candles. The experience at the resort was unlike any other. I also had an amazing time wandering the streets of Bangkok and Phuket during the Thai New Year celebration "Songkran". Yes I got soaked, but it was all such a great experience. Here is a big tip--if you wear glasses, bring your contacts if you want to snorkel. I wasn't able to because I would have been blind but it was still fun to explore the 5 islands that they brought us to. The sights alone were worth it. It challenged me in all kinds of ways and allowed me to strengthen my thought processes as a VTR op when going into different scenarios for setups. I thank this project for helping to make me a better Video Assist operator. So many things I learned throughout this 25+ location shoot and so happy to have been a part of Cortis' debut music videos! Music video shoots, even though they provide challenges, end up always being my favorite to work on!

This whole job was fast paced, required alot of running around, and alot of repositioning because of the 360s.
