Wow was this fun.Homemade harissa sauce (tomatoes, preserved lemon (had some ready), red pepper flakes and cumin. I added fresh garlic and onion powder. Tenderized the Costco Lamb and then Marinated in Head Country Marinade and Tamari.Rubbed with oil and Harrisa and cooked for a few minutes each side on a 450 Traeger Ranger.Loved the Charr underneath the spicy sauce.Hey Greg...Might be my new go to for lamb.
