Couple waves from a pretty scary day at the start of the winter, 9 out of 10 waves weren’t opening up and would just set you up for the biggest chandelier of death but somtimes you just gotta trust what you see and pull up into them

After a 9-hour drive to chase swell to France, we decided to turn right back around and chase another swell back to Nazaré on a forecast that popped up out of nowhere. It was definitely a fun mission, and we are knackered now. Conditions were super nice, wind was perfect offshore, but swell was a little smaller and more west than we would have hoped, but all in all we still got a couple of fun waves. Here’s a clip from the session yesterday, never got the bomb, but nice to get a couple of turns in before the season ends, if it does!

Nice to have a session back in Nazaré before the end of the season. I didn’t spend much time in the straps this winter due to a bit of injury and chasing more slab swells, so I was feeling a bit rusty but still managed to get a couple of fun ones⚡️

After a really fun trip up to the north of Scotland with @clement_roseyro , it was nice to come back to Lost Shore and brush up on our technique in the barrel. I definitely made a few mistakes during the trip that I wanted to iron out, and it was just great to score some extra tube time before the trip was over,
So sick to see @arthurpicardphoto scoring the best barrel of his life in the pool as well!
