📢 We are so pleased to announce that our next exhibition will be Daniel Regan: (be)longing
📍Showing at Bethlem Gallery 22 April – 11 July 2026
🕐 Open 9.30am – 5pm, Wednesday – Saturday
🎉 Opening Event: 23 April 5-8pm – RSVP via Eventbrite (see link in bio)
This exhibition explores @DanielReganPhotography’s long-held complex relationship to a sense of belonging. The works touch on family estrangement, cultural heritage, queerness and neurodivergent identity through mixed-media works.
The culmination of works and thinking from across the last five years, the exhibition also follows research programme commissioned by Bethlem Gallery; a series of creative workshops, panel talks and a symposium held in 2025 that allowed Daniel to explore these themes from multiple perspectives.
This is the first exhibition that is a step away from a solely photographic practice for Daniel, who will be showing drawings, ink, image and text works.
As part of his practice supporting emerging artists, Daniel is supporting two artists to develop and exhibit work on the theme of belonging. Selected via an open call, work by artists @Michael_Mendones and @NinaGrossArtist, present their micro-commissions.
With funding from @MaudsleyCharity and @acegrams.

(be)longing artist Nina Gross presents an artist-led workshop taking place at Bethlem Gallery on Saturday 30 May at 11am.
The workshop will explore ideas around the spaces we inhabit, the role of memory, and how we can use readily accessible materials in realising them.
Nina creates intricately detailed spaces filled with meaning and drawn from everyday life. She will lead the group in visualising and crafting spaces, drawing from your own experience.
This workshop accompanies the current exhibition @DanielReganPhotography: (be)longing.

Creative Health Symposium: Exploring Art and Mental Health in Practice
The Art of Practice
Friday 15 May 2026I10-4pmIOnline (Zoom)
An online symposium for organisations supporting art and creative health in mental health contexts. We are delighted to be joining @bethlemgallery and its director Sophie Leighton.
Creative health is a major focus right now, as the NHS 10-year plan shifts toward preventative and community-based care. At the same time, arts funders are increasingly prioritising work that demonstrates a meaningful impact on health and wellbeing.
This symposium brings together practitioners and thinkers from across the sector to share insights, case studies, and approaches to working at the intersection of art and mental health. CVAN London’s Director, Jo Townshend, will be leading a discussion group exploring ways of valuing creative health in visual art settings, alongside contributions from Dr Tola Dabiri and Professor Helen Chatterjee.
This event aims to share practice from across the sector, with a view to developing stronger connections and potentially a network focused specifically on art and mental health from an organisational perspective.
Join us for a day of insights, learning, and exchange. Link in bio to register to attend.

Opening today! 💫🎨
I’m so excited to finally share A Thread That Binds Us, a two piece tapestry installation I’ve created, now open to the public!
📍Science Gallery London, SE1 9GU
📆5 May to 31 July
👥Free Entry
The hand tufted Tapestry Soft Threads, Soft Truths, was made through conversations and workshops with parents, exploring experiences of mental health across families and generations. The colours, textures and words all came directly from those shared moments. I’ve worked these into the piece by hand, building it up in layers so it expresses those thoughts and feelings through colour, form even down to the font.
The second piece “Family ties” is unfinished… this artwork is an invite to come and collaborating with me and One another, to connect with each other and just be creative. Come and add your own thread, words or reflections and become part of the work as it grows ✨
A reminder that none of us are alone in what we carry and that something special can come from making together 🫶🏽
Come through, take your time with it and add your voice and Creativity!

A monumental day 3yrs in the making.
Install day for my latest work at the new build Pears Maudsley Centre on the Maudsley hospital site.
These artworks explore nature, human experience, and mental health, shaped by my own recovery and work with young people. They reflect imperfection, transformation, and the tension between freedom and control.
Using twigs from mindful walks, I create delicate sculptures that mirror the fragility of healing, interrupted by geometric cubes symbolising constraint.
Through intuitive, participatory processes, and using plaster as a material of support, the work integrates into a hospital setting while retaining its own identity.
Ultimately, the aim is to invite mindfulness, reflection, and connection to the complexity of being human.

In our blog this week, we have extracts from our In Conversation with Bethlem Gallery Curator, Karim Sultan and artist, Daniel Regan on 22 April at Bethlem Gallery.
Two years in the making, Bethlem Gallery’s latest solo exhibition is by the artist @DanielReganphotography. It brings together new work that reveals the artist moving beyond pure photography – with exquisite drawings, inks and moving image – to explore themes of family estrangement, neurodivergence, and adoption.

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
Keep track of Instagram updates discreetly while protecting your privacy and staying anonymous.
View profiles and photos anonymously with ease using the Private Profile Viewer.
This free tool allows you to view Instagram Stories anonymously, ensuring your activity remains hidden from the story uploader.
Anonstories lets users view Instagram stories without alerting the creator.
Works seamlessly on iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and modern browsers like Chrome and Safari.
Prioritizes secure, anonymous browsing without requiring login credentials.
Users can view public stories by simply entering a username—no account needed.
Downloads photos (JPEG) and videos (MP4) with ease.
The service is free to use.
Content from private accounts can only be accessed by followers.
Files are for personal or educational use only and must comply with copyright rules.
Enter a public username to view or download stories. The service generates direct links for saving content locally.
