✨ 2025 BLTZMAC RECAP ✨

2025 was a wild ride. I've been a bit hesitant to post a recap this year, because I feel I have very little to show for. However, I think it's important to reflect often. 

The BltzMac project was taking a toll on me at the end of 2024. There is so much more to being an artist than what meets the eye.

In 2025, I may not have had many standard gigs. I may not have released a lot of music. BUT I did find myself loving every bit of music again.

Personally, I've accomplished so much this year. I've found permanent housing in the Netherlands (if you know, you know). I've signed a permanent contract with my employer. I traveled to America for my 30th birthday. I went to my first music festival since  2017. I endured and recovered from a major mental health episode. I started going to the gym again. I found peace living more in the moment. I'm no longer consumed by the thought that I'm not good enough. 

It's so easy to get caught up in society and the music industry's expectations. Until this year I was living to please others, sometimes to the detriment of my own wants and happiness. This year, I've grown to be more confident in myself and my abilities. I practice living in the moment and sharing emotions with the people around me. I'm more patient with the things that used to bother me. Lastly, I was able to rediscover the reason I started this project back in 2020.

BltzMac will continue to grow and thrive into 2026. Some things are uncontrollable, so I'll focus on what I can control. I've been making new music, collabing with other producers/friends, learning from studio sessions, and taking any opportunities that comes my way (promoters? 😉). 

This year taught me a valuable lesson - to remember to be human first. Respect each other, care for one another, and make time to live in the moment. Everyone's journey is unique, so enjoy the ride.

I want to thank you all for being a part of my journey. It really means a lot! I feel so welcomed into the global DnB community. I truly think of you all as my friends.

I hope you all have a safe and wonderful holiday season! ❤🎄🎅
