I am so chuffed to finally announce that pre-orders are now available for our very first cookbook ✨

This book has been years in the making, from growing up on Skye and learning about the ingredients growing around me ➡️ moving to London and cooking in different kitchens and finally opening my own wee café in Hackney ➡️ then heading home to the Highlands and opening our current Café Cùil here on Skye 💕

The BEST brunch you will find on the Isle of Skye [SAVE for your next island visit]

I was kindly invited to try @cafecuil, run by the one and only @clarecoghillcooks. I’ve heard a lot of amazing things about this place but it still absolutely over-delivered. Locally sourced dishes with foraged ingredients mixed with Clare’s flair of putting together insane brunch dishes.

A true 10/10 experience, from the staff, location, and of course the food.

The fantastic, cool and talented @kfrbs came along to Café Cùil at the beginning of the season and painted our story so far ❤️ We wanted to share our story with each and every one of you who walk through the doors, so with the help of her mum, they spent days drawing our Cùil journey onto the entrance wall. My absolute highlights have been launching the Café Cùil Cookbook in NYC, and cooking at the incredible @glendyecabinsandcottages and meeting such a wonderful group of people 💗
