En los últimos años he estado trabajando en un proyecto sobre identidad, que es bastante amplio ya que toca varias aristas: las mujeres de mi familia, mi nombre, la intimidad, el migrar y las constantes a lo largo de mi vida. Lo he dejado un poco aparcado durante el último año, pero ahora estoy retomándolo lentamente. Los proyectos a veces necesitan un poco de aire, y más aún cuando son tan personales.
A veces una está un poco perdida dentro del proceso, sin comprender del todo por qué toma ciertas decisiones. Para mí es un acto muy intuitivo, y muchas veces me cuesta ponerlo en palabras.
El consumo constante de redes sociales termina siendo muy peligroso y contraproducente para los artistas. Por un lado estamos sobreestimulados de imágenes, de cosas que el algoritmo sabe que nos pueden seducir, y por otro aparece la comparación constante con lo que hace el resto. Por eso intento hacer un trabajo muy consciente para que todo eso no me afecte a mí, ni a mi proceso creativo.
Ahora se me viene a la cabeza @orval.studio, simplemente porque me gusta sentarme en la vereda a tomar mi café y comer una cookie con mantequilla de maní mientras da el solcito.
Mi trabajo personal siempre lo realizo en analógico. En Barcelona trabajo desde hace años con el mismo laboratorio, @visualkorner. Este proyecto en particular lo comencé durante mis estudios de Fotografía Documental de Autor en la escuela @elobservatoriobcn. En el futuro próximo me gustaría continuar mis estudios haciendo el siguiente curso de narrativa y formatos finales en la misma escuela.
Otra artista que me inspira mucho es @emmasarpaniemi. También trabaja el autorretrato, pero desde un lugar mucho más playful. Me gustan mucho sus composiciones, los colores, los outfits y sus ideas simples que funcionan muy bien.
También me gusta mucho el trabajo de @anmaflor. Me interesa su mirada documental y la forma en que aborda los temas. Creo que en su trabajo también se percibe una mirada atravesada por cierto punto de fashion.

En el futuro próximo me gustaría continuar mis estudios haciendo el siguiente curso de narrativa y formatos finales en la misma escuela.
Otra artista que me inspira mucho es @emmasarpaniemi. También trabaja el autorretrato, pero desde un lugar mucho más playful. Me gustan mucho sus composiciones, los colores, los outfits y sus ideas simples que funcionan muy bien.
También me gusta mucho el trabajo de @anmaflor. Me interesa su mirada documental y la forma en que aborda los temas. Creo que en su trabajo también se percibe una mirada atravesada por cierto punto de fashion.

Lo he dejado un poco aparcado durante el último año, pero ahora estoy retomándolo lentamente. Los proyectos a veces necesitan un poco de aire, y más aún cuando son tan personales.

El consumo constante de redes sociales termina siendo muy peligroso y contraproducente para los artistas. Por un lado estamos sobreestimulados de imágenes, de cosas que el algoritmo sabe que nos pueden seducir, y por otro aparece la comparación constante con lo que hace el resto. It all started over a decade with Carmen, Guido & Rodier - born from the irreverence of three colleagues with a shared obsession: finding new ways to tell stories.
If we had to describe Niceshit today, we’d say we’re a creative partner people actually enjoy working with, and coming back to - and this goes both for clients and collaborators.
We like to think of Niceshit as a safe space where everyone can be themselves, where ideas are taken seriously, but never too seriously. A place full of different voices, styles, and backgrounds, where things can shift, evolve, and still feel unmistakably us.
