Big/ heavy tires- no problem. This 2024 Tacoma long bed on 255/85R18s (~35”) came in with a lower baseline than stock-tire trucks, thanks to the added rotating mass. That part is expected.

That’s why 99% of what I do doesn’t happen in a shop.

It happens like this:
• You drive your truck
• You send logs
• I review exactly how it behaves in your conditions
• I revise it based on your data

Repeat until it’s right.

Most people don’t realize how different real custom tuning is until they go through it.

A lot of trucks out there have been “tuned” with a quick flash in a parking lot—but no data logging, no revisions, and no confirmation of how the truck is actually running.

Real tuning doesn’t work like that.

Every truck is different. Fuel quality, mods, driving conditions—it all changes how the calibration should behave. That’s why actual custom tuning is a process:

• Data logging from your specific truck
• Reviewing how it’s actually performing
• Making revisions based on that data
• Repeating until everything is dialed in

If it’s not based on your truck’s data, it’s not custom tuning.

That’s the difference.
