My morning practice is a study in devotion. A continued practice of staying committed to my word and being fully present with my life.

I’ll be sharing this kundalini practice for our Spring cohort of Collective Practice. Rhythmic movement and breath unblocks stagnancy in spine 🐍 —it feels delicious and brings steadiness to the day.

These practices we do together are a daily reminder that every day is holy, every day is a gift! It’s a space to build consistency together and witness it ripple out in so many good ways.

Notes on Autumn. Notes on Peace.

I believe that practicing Peace is a revolutionary act in a world of pervasive urgency. Taking a few minutes to practice each morning is an act of kindness, so we can restore ourselves and show up more fully for life.

To be real, I’ve been on the brink of burnout lately, and know so many of us are in the same place. My practice and this community has been my boat in a sea of overwhelm ⛵️🌊 —

We have soo much to learn from seasonal cycles, our elders, and from one another, which is how Collective Practice was formed.
