Love them or hate them, sugared cranberries are everywhere this season ✨
And in my humble opinion, they deserve the hype 💪

They’re the easiest festive flex.
Desserts, cocktails, cheese boards, or straight from the bowl. Sweet, crunchy, tart perfection 😋🙌

How to:
Heat equal parts water and sugar until dissolved.
Add cranberries (and rosemary if using) and gently simmer for a few minutes (don’t let them burst).
Lift out and cool on a rack until tacky (30–45 minutes).
Roll in sugar and let dry completely.

Do you know what gives me butterflies - painted wood! 😝 13 years of shooting surfaces and I’m still as giddy, if not more, than those first floorboards! Just loooook at what kept coming out of the two vans that came down from Yorkshire. Two top gents and one country mouse (plus teen mice) took a good few hours to haul the most incredible haul of boards, tiles, marbles, laminates and more into our little farm park studio. Never over the feeling of how one of these could become part of your next creative shoot! Testing is well underway and the first samples are absolute bargains - 25% in the sale outlet now. Emerging from under the biggest pile of boards and marbles 👋 What would you have risked?! Or not a chance?! As a former girl guide, I’m all for being prepared 🤣 Prepped, spinning various scenarios in my mind, planning and organising life years and years ahead. You’ll find bits and bobs saved for (hopefully) future grandchildren in the loft, but this time I felt it in my waters that taking a risk was 💯 the right decision. These backdrops and I were joined by an invisible string 😆 and bringing these into new lives as printed backdrops will be such a joy! You name it, it’s in here. A rainbow of tones and textures curated by such respected industry photographers over three decades. I want to continue that legacy, making these surfaces accessible worldwide - let the shooting, printing and testing commence! Natty and I have spent hours this week reorganising my attempt at storing them in the studio straight off the van 🫣 ready for me to start properly and systematically shooting and creating a new collection ready for all your videos and imagery through 2026.
