It took Idan some time to settle in after she arrived at one of our services, but with time, she found her crowd and started making memories. Now, she's in her own flat and working towards her future.

123,934 young people were homeless or at risk of homelessness in the UK last year.

We think that's unacceptable. We believe every young person deserves a fair chance in life, and that's why we're committed to ending youth homelessness by 2037.

“The council were just not getting back to us, and we were just waiting for weeks and weeks and weeks”

Lily moved around from home to home after a breakdown in her relationship with her mum. She stayed with her partner’s family, but due to her struggles with her mental health, she was asked to leave. Then, she reached out to her council for a homelessness assessment but heard nothing back from them.

Homeless young people like Lily reach out to everyone they can to get help, but eventually run out of options.

This Easter, we’re sharing an eggciting story about a long-time supporter of our work, Sir Michael Palin. 🐣

Egg cup creators @MeggaCupps recently held a special egg festival and comedy night – but when their plans to auction off a special golden egg cup fell through after their rare spherical egg went mouldy, Michael stepped in to save the day, donating two signed eggs to their auction. The eggs and other items in the auction went on to raise £100 for our work - an amazing total!

Sir Michael said, "Centrepoint are a cracking charity, and I was more than happy to support their eggcellent work. Though it did make my omelette disappointing."
