‘ACE’2024
I had the pleasure of worked on the design for ‘ACE’, directed & animated by @fannycapu. The film incorporates stop motion along with 2d drawn sections so I built the set out of layered 2d drawn elements taking initial reference from old school Disney multi-plane paintings. Puppets by the incredible @fannycapu. 🎾

In a world where everyone is as obsessed with playing tennis as they are with having sex, Amy can’t understand what all the fuss is about. Tennis is sweaty, exhausting, and filled with unnecessary grunting. When her date begins hiding his nervousness behind the facade of a seasoned player, Amy starts to question whether they have anything in common at all.
