It’s been one year since I immersed myself in learning where our food truly comes from.

There’s a growing dissonance in our connection to what fuels and nourishes us each day. As someone who values food transparency and prioritizes health, I’ve come to deeply appreciate witnessing what it takes to feed us with clarity and integrity.

There is still so much more to learn, and I’m grateful to feel aligned with what genuinely matters while having fun.
