Skyline Stories is not just a digital art exhibition; it explores the role that screens can play in redefining the urban landscape. The project delves into the close relationship between digital art and the metropolitan skyline, highlighting the transformation of Times Square into an open-air digital gallery that blurs the boundaries between architecture and creativity.

Thanks so much to @art.innovation.gallery for all the work in coordinating and for all the other artists involved. It’s always a lot of fun to see how this all comes together.

Heeeeeey, so this is a big one: announcing my partnership with @mcdonaldscanada! Yup! Stoked to be one of 15 artists from across Canada that McDonald’s Canada commissioned to create original art pieces displayed on upcycled trays made from leftover plastic straws following their transition to paper straws in late 2021. My piece showcases some ideas on future sustainability - hopefully lots of plants and skateboarding! Also, check my stories for a lil look at my creative process! MAGIC EYES explores the concepts of surveillance, both real and imagined, within a world that’s equal parts whimsy and despair. A heaping dose of real-life mundanity among the strange and surreal, this piece presents paranoid marches, vice, and indifference in cartoonish colours and characters. Distractions reign supreme, neighbours regard each other warily, screens provide entertainment at best, anger at worst, while nerves unravel. Presented in panoramic view, MAGIC EYES aims to be a visually striking celebration of images that are warm and friendly and familiar, but, upon closer reflection, invite the viewer into a world where even unnoticed gestures have deep, resonating ripples.
