Let me tell you about the moment I fell in love with @raddogband. We played our set at Moments Fest, and I was mulling around inside the powwow arbor waiting to see them play. Mark had been all up in my business about how amazing they were, and I had really been excited to see. Now, part of the magic is Moments Fest itself, the sound folks that work inside that structure have dialed it in, and that allowed the music to just fill the space. I tell you this now as someone who was neither on the drugs or the alcohols, but straight and sober and just interested in seeing the band.

That first song they played starts with this beautiful chaos, like a turbulent cloud, with flange and distortion and whatever all those pedal thingies do swirling all around you, and -- I shit you not -- it felt like being in a hurricane. It was a singular experience, one I will chase all the rest of my days. It was incredible. Over the course of their set, every single song spoke to me and I stood there, swaying like a buffoon, transfixed. I *think* that this song is Vultures, which I have since found on the youtubes and have listened to about a zillion times since then. I am a genuine fan of this band, and I know you will be, too.

So we got @polluxbandyyc, whom I have already written about, and who kick all the asses and take all the names, and we have the inimitable @owlsneaglesyyc, whom I will be writing about in the next couple of days, and we have the pizza that is a spiritual adventure brought to us by @pizzabobsyyc. This is a dream come true, and I can't wait to share it with you all. See you in the pit!

@polluxbandyyc are the first band we're blurbin' for this show, and these folks just keep on showing up and putting on kick ass shows! Their energy and focus is genuinely impressive, and I absolutely love the music they make. It's spacey, it's stonery, it's funky, it's doomy, and it's just plain good. The talent on these kids is unbelievable, and I can't help but get caught off guard every time I see them play a set, some new aspect of the band that I hadn't paid enough attention to before suddenly twigs in my head and I get utterly sucked up into this hypnotized enjoyment-state watching them do their thing. Every set I see gets better and better, and this lineup is legendary.

Pollux is only the absolutely incredible start to an absolutely incredible show. @raddogband (coming down from the Kootenays) and @owlsneaglesyyc are going to be finishing up a crazy mini-tour... There's the so-good-it-will-change-your-life pizza of @pizzabobsyyc... This show is everything one could want and more, baby! Come down and raise a slice or a pint with us! See you in the pit!

I’m still buzzing from all the love in that room Saturday. Seeing so many OG homies is what the soul needed. The place filled right up at 6:30, and was sold out right before Jared came up and played one hell of a set, he ended his set with “Dig my Grave” and I was a puddle. Thanks for playing homie. And thanks for making me cry. Then the mighty Turrettes hit the stage and we all sang every song like it was 2014, high energy, good ole Calgary punk. Getting to shred with those cats is always and was always so special to me, we have a bond that’s lasted almost 20 years, and I’m really grateful they said yes to the show. The whole time they played I could imagine Skid Row right beside me spitting his beer on the stage while latched onto me screaming their lyrics.
I was pretty nervous going onstage with the BDFM crew. It’s been 8 years since the last time we played, would anyone remember the songs, can I still sing these tracks like we did when we wrote em. All of that went right out the window the second I said hello Calgary… the room exploded into a 35 min sing along, and when we hit the last three songs we brought up all the homies, the Turrettes, Deadneck fury, and filled the stage with Skid Rows family and friends and we all sang so fuckin loud, and we embraced each other like one big family. I can’t thank everyone enough for coming together and making this show work, you are all beautiful amazing people and I’m forever grateful to you all. Love you Skid Row Scotty, here’s to a few….

Thanks to all the homies who took pics and videos.

View Instagram Stories in Secret

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
