Our friends Generation Records, NYC made a very special limited edition version of England Belongs to Me for our appearance in New York last month. Only 500 of these were pressed.

We took 100 copies to bring to Boston for those of you that didn’t make it down to the show so you guys get a chance to get you hands on one.

These are on blue vinyl, with foil stamped sleeves.

We have an exclusive bundle that will be available at our meet and greet today at the Widowmaker taproom 2pm-5pm

You get the single, a (new!) England Belongs To Me tote bag, a patch and a limited edition print. If you’re into your hockey and your local, take a look! If you know you know! We’ve signed all of these. Whatever is left, we will bring to the show tomorrow, but once they have gone, they are gone! This record won’t be repressed. We’ve got our old mates LOWER CLASS BRATS who we first played with in Texas way back in 2009 and we’re joined by YELLOW STITCHES who’s April release ‘Back With A Gang’ is super catchy.

Hey Boston! We’re in town on Friday before our Saturday night show so we’ve decided to hang out at the wonderful @widowmakerbrew for a few hours. Come and have a drink with us, come and say hi. We will have loads of Merch, exclusives, limited editions and Boston specials with us thanks to our friends at @enemyink So if you fancy grabbing your Merch early, you can do this on Friday. Happy to sign anything and enjoy the afternoon with you all. Really looking forward to Saturday night too. Such a great lineup. Mexico – we’re very sorry, but unfortunately Cock Sparrer will not be able to perform at Rockout Fest.

We have made every effort to make this show happen and fully committed to coming. We had already booked flights and were looking forward to playing.

However, there are a number of contractual and production requirements that have not been met by agreed deadlines. Despite extending those deadlines and allowing additional time, these requirements have still not been fulfilled. It’s come to the point we are not confident in any further promises that have been made to us.

At this stage, with the show fast approaching and key elements still unresolved, it is not possible for us to take the risk and proceed.

We are disappointed, as we were genuinely excited to play for everyone in Mexico, and we appreciate all the support and messages we’ve received. And a thanks toZapito Records who tried to help make this happen.

We truly believed that everything would be ok and It’s still a great line up with Bad Religion, Save Ferris, Voodoo Glow Skulls and many more. I’m sure you’ll all have a blast.

We hope to return one day under better circumstances.

W początkowych latach działalności o współpracę z nimi mocno zabiegał ówczesny manager Sex Pistols. Grali trasy z takimi zespołami jak Small Faces, Thin Lizzy, Motörhead, Slade, a mimo to @cocksparrer nigdy nie dostali się na wielkie muzyczne salony. Jednak na początku lat 80. uliczny punk zaczął docierać do świadomości szerszego grona odbiorców, a grupa z robotniczego East Endu w Londynie była jedną z jego pionierów. Podwaliny pod ten status zostały położone przez jej udział w składance Oi! oraz przez pierwszy oficjalny album - kultowy “Shock Troops”, który ukazał się w 1983 roku.

Dziś @cocksparrer to jedna z najbardziej wpływowych ekip w historii punk rocka, której twórczość zna każdy szanujący się fan gatunku. W 2024 roku wydali ósmy w dorobku album “Hand on Heart” - pierwszy w ich dyskografii, który trafił na brytyjską listę przebojów i będący jednocześnie dowodem na to, że ta muzyka od 50 lat jest ich stylem życia.
