To be a runner is to be fearless.
For Jakob Ingebrigtsen, the most decorated middle-distance runner of a generation, “Fearless” is a mindset, a protocol, and a way of life.
The last 18 months have tested that framework. A period of extremes: the weight of Olympic expectations, and the grueling silence of injury. Progress comes in peaks and valleys.
Yet we carry on. Not because we have to, but because we choose to – a choice every runner understands.
The special edition COROS PACE 4 Jakob Ingebrigtsen and matching Heart Rate Monitor arrive May 14.
Be Fearless.

Data and determination is a strong combination when it comes to the marathon. One gets you to the start the other drives you to the finish line.

The Alex Yee episode of the Sigma Sports Cafe Ride is now live!
Matt Stephens headed to the university town of Loughborough, a location boasting all the sporting facilities a professional athlete could want, as well as some fantastic lanes for quiet country riding.
Triathletes are made of some pretty tough stuff, so when Matt turns up on a cold wet morning in January, the stage is set to test his mettle against the Olympic and World Champion.
How did Matt get on? Follow the link in our bio to find out.
They say trust the process but it helps when the process is backed by data📊 Since using the Coros Pace 4, my marathon training has levelled up. The huge volume of data provided helps me understand my training load and recovery insights, meaning I can train harder without the burnout. Plus, it even helped me get an EIGHT minute pb last weekend🤫!!

The data behind my race at the Bath Half Marathon yesterday compared to my Personal best at the Valencia Half Marathon.
Average Heart rate :
Bath - 183
Valencia - 187
Average pace (effort pace) :
Bath - 2:57/km (2:52/km)
Valencia - 2:54/km (2:53/km)
Elevation gain :
Bath - 120m
Valencia - 24m
My average stride length in Valencia was 178cm compared to 174cm in Bath highlighting the hills (running uphill = shorter stride). Another big difference was my average heart rate and the speed at which it rose. I sustained a lower HR for longer in the Bath half marathon, despite a faster effort pace, which hopefully shows signs of the fitness improvements I've made since my PB in October.
Effort pace = equivalent running pace on a flat terrain
I'm fortunate enough to be a @coros_uk athlete, allowing me to get the best metrics to evaluate my training and race performance, which is especially helpful as I get ready for the London marathon!

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
Keep track of Instagram updates discreetly while protecting your privacy and staying anonymous.
