The inaugural Spur Start cohort will always be remembered as trailblazers here, especially on a campus built for innovation. Throughout their studies they became cornerstones of the Spur community through on-campus jobs, doing everything from manning the front desk to working with school groups alongside the education team. They will undoubtedly bring a slate of unique experiences and perspectives with them as they continue their CSU educations in Fort Collins.

Here are some cool numbers to highlight this incredible class:

☝️ 68% were first generation students

🤓 3.5 average GPA

🐄 25% in majors within the @CSUAgSci

🔎 25% majoring in exploratory studies

Not ☝️ but ✌️ new art exhibits have gone up in Vida this week!

Down the hallway leading to the ESM viewing area is “Colorful Colorado” — a youth exhibition created in partnership with the Teen Programs at Museum of Contemporary Art Denver, featuring artwork by young artists from across the Denver Metro Area. Created in recognition of Colorado’s 150th year of statehood, the exhibition explores the past, present, and future of Colorado through themes of landscape, identity, culture, community, and imagined futures. Through personal and creative interpretations, the artists reflect on what Colorado means to them today. Participating artists include Owen O’Connor, Emmitt Masteller, Mila Beiers, Sage Barbour, Indi Olyowski, Lennox Brink, Lu Gatton, Millie Leubner, Margaret Lyons, Ella Kay, Akira Gallardo, Aaron Leming, and Deborah Getaneh.

Also in Vida, on the 2nd floor terrace, is “What Does Water Mean to You?” which explores the many ways water shapes our lives, communities, and understanding of the world. Through painting, photography, sculpture, textile, and digital works, artists reflect on water as a source of life, memory, culture, connection, and environmental responsibility. The exhibition invites visitors to consider their own relationship to water and how this essential, limited, and shared resource connects us all. Participating artists include Grant Adams, Tina Butterfield, Sarah Fitzpatrick, Jordan Forge, Levi Fisher, J Michael Gatlin, Linda Johnson, Catie Michel, Marni Myers, David Stallings, Harry Utter, Laura Varsafsky, Sarah Watson, and Kathryn Winograd.

Be sure to check them both out now!

We're so proud to share that CSU Spur has once again been recognized by @denverpublicschools with the Platinum Star Partner award!

Opening doors and creating pathways for students to thrive — in the classroom and beyond — is at the heart of everything we do here at #CSUSpur, and we can’t wait to continue that work in the years to come through our continued partnership with DPS 🧡

Happy Mother’s Day to the women who nurture, grow, and inspire us on our farms, in our families, and throughout our communities.

Yesterday, at our first Market at the Center, we celebrated Mother Earth, honoring the land that sustains us and the mothers who teach us to care for it.

Today, we celebrate all the moms who plant the seeds of tradition, stewardship, and Western heritage every single day. 💐

Happy Mother’s Day from all of us at the National Western!

Last night, we got to celebrate our inaugural cohort of Spur Start students and the incredible year they had.

From orientation back in August to finals week, it’s been such a blast having @coloradostateuniversity students on campus, and it’s been such an amazing experience seeing them learn, grow, and prepare themselves for their educational journey up in Fort Collins!

Thank you all for being such a joy to have here on campus! You are forever a Ram, and will forever be remembered as the group that wrote the first chapter of Spur Start here in Denver!

This is the kind of real-world spark our campus was designed to create ✨

At 12, AzaiLia Briscoe watched a live vet surgery through the glass here at the CSU Spur @humanecolorado hospital — and never looked back. Now 14, she's fostered 49 animals, shadowed vet techs, and has her sights set on @coloradostateuniversity's top-ranked vet school.

“That was the moment I realised my daughter was going to be a vet. She wouldn’t leave the surgery area, and was entranced as the surgeon brought a kitten to her, put her paw on the glass, and kept walking her through everything that was happening in the operating room.” ” AzaiLia’s mom, Karina Briscoe.

View Instagram Stories in Secret

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
