For our 9/4/21 celebration there were so many moments. We reunited with family, most of which we had not seen since the bridal shower. We reunited with friends, old and new. My groomspeople really showed up, even down one man (missed ya @dustball ). We really had made it a place for everyone to just let go and party it up. We melded our cultures together with the food (shout out to Patrice!), the music, our attire. Music was such an important part of our 9.4.21wedding day celebration. @d_ithy and I are both lovers of music, and we wanted to use it as a really fun way to blend our cultures together in that day. Music heals, energizes, moves, and comforts, and with this being the first time that a lot of our guests were really outside, we wanted the day to feel fun, emotionally safe, and full of joy. We co-created our music story with @djislordhfp to curate and cultivate an amazing musical soundtrack to our day, with builds, levels, themes, intention, and all around vibes. Lord took our vision to the next level and had the entire building bopping, grooving and living their best lives. If you want your dance floor to look like this, he's your guy!
