ZE // Daisy
dancer/creator
access consultant & coordinator @ CompanyZE
training @theplacelondon @northern_school
lil bit of making shapes to music from class last year! if there’s one thing I love it’s travelling and spinning (stimming are we? 😂) ps I’m still dancing ❤️🔥
but… if you want someone in the room who gets it then look no further - having worked internationally as a professional dancer in works ranging from tiny galleries to outdoor works with casts of 100+ to traditional theatre spaces I know what it’s like to be on both sides. Having an artistic access consultant who understands the demand of producing live work can make all the difference as we tailor adjustments to your process to create spectacular work.

Working on Shovel as artist’s access consultant was a dream. After spending some time getting to know the company & rehearsal performance demands I sat down with Daze to implement strategies & tiny tweaks into their practice in a way which worked for them. This allowed us to build a truly accessible & sustainable working environment leading to a happier & healthier team (and sold out shows!)

water? never heard of her….
Vid description: there are three drinks together on a kitchen counter, a green smoothie, orange electrolytes & an iced chai latte. Yellow text reads ‘The holy trinity of neurodivergent hydration’
As a highly masking neurodivergent I have the strange ability to mask my way through life.
This is both a huge privilege (it allows me to be in the right rooms, to appear okay & to figure out some sort of communication) and hugely detrimental to my overall health… it caused me major burn out a few years ago.
Since then I’ve been rebuilding, block by block & have never been happier. Using universal design to figure out my places, routines & workloads has been a game changer and this is how it feels, wonderfully calm ❤️🔥
Vid Description: Ze is walking down a street smiling. There is upbeat music & purple text reads ‘letting accessibility design my life’

just a little face card moment to say hi after a couple of weeks away ❤️🔥
I took some time off and what a joy it was to have some time all to myself. I often chat to my ADHD clients about how important scheduling different types of rest is, but it does tend to be the first thing I forget to do if I’m feeling overwhelmed (oopsie)
If you want to have a chat with someone who’s been there, done that, and just gets it so now has all the tools to support you…. drop me a message ❤️🔥

what a wonderful full circle moment ❤️🔥
late last year I was @theplacelondon lecturing on creating accessible environments & navigating uni as a disabled student and who did I spot on the wall? me!
I had such a wonderful experience with performing this piece choreographed by @andersduckworth - the process really cemented the idea that I could find ways to support myself & others during creation!

You’re ticking all the boxes; a naturally lit room, lots of different ways to communicate, a rapport with your students & lots of inclusive language throughout class. But… you’re still feeling drained & a little frazzled, even when your students are having a great time!
Too often we forget that just because we’re holding the space our own access requirements don’t just disappear. Work with me to learn how to build real-time strategies & accommodations into class to leave you feeling just as good as when you started ❤️🔥

a few bts pics from rehearsals with @bodyscramble_ for their show ‘As Long As the Stars Last’, an accessible physical theatre performance exploring integrating sign language into the core of the piece
what a joy to move in a process with access at its core, with such lovely humans! as a performer it made such a difference to my own experience, and just shows what can be done when we focus on creating accessible environments for all ❤️🔥🚀

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
Keep track of Instagram updates discreetly while protecting your privacy and staying anonymous.
View profiles and photos anonymously with ease using the Private Profile Viewer.
This free tool allows you to view Instagram Stories anonymously, ensuring your activity remains hidden from the story uploader.
Anonstories lets users view Instagram stories without alerting the creator.
