Hey friends,
I am running out of time. I have only 25 days left to find a new production space for my kombucha brewery. I have been searching for a year, trying every angle, and I am now at the point where I will take anything that allows me to keep going.
Copenhagen or the surrounding areas are all in play. The ideal setup would be a certified production kitchen with a large fridge for cold storage and a delivery gate for receiving pallets. But at this stage, I am open to any workable solution.
For context, I need a space that can hold what I currently operate with. Twenty square meters for production, five dry pallets for storage, three cold pallets in a fridge, plus a small cleaning area with a dishwasher.
I have built my entire life around making drinks that bring people together. It has taken everything I have to grow this project, and I am terrified that not finding a space in time will be the thing that ends it.
If you know of anything, any kitchen, brewery, warehouse corner, shared facility, or underused room that could work, please reach out or pass this along. Every lead matters right now. Every share helps. Please like the post for visibility. 🙏

Hey friends,
I have 60 days to find a new production space for my kombucha brewery. I’m looking in Copenhagen or the surrounding areas, and at this point, anything goes.
Ideally, I’d love a certified production kitchen with a large fridge for cold storage and a delivery gate for receiving pallets, but I’m open to any setup that allows me to keep producing. For reference, now I am using 20sqm for production, 5 dry pallets for storage, 3 cold pallets in a fridge and have a small cleaning area with a dishwasher.
I’ve built my life around crafting drinks that connect people, and I truly hope this relocation won’t be the thing that kills that dream.
