A dynamic acro-dance class combining tricks, flexibility, strength and fluid movement. Expect floor acro, transitions, balance work and dance-based combinations. Best suited to experienced dancers, gymnasts and cheer/tumbling athletes. Floor-based acro only - no apparatus. A great way to build acro technique, confidence and performance quality in a dance studio environment. 🤸🏻

🚨 So due to my schedule I’m moving my Friday pineapple class to SUNDAY 10AM-11AM (LYRICAL & TRICKS for ages 7-16) starting May 24th 💕🚨

🚨If you’re 16+ and still want to catch me on a Friday I’ve just started my CONTEMPORARY WITH ACRO BASICS 18.30 - 19.30 at Danceworks 🚨

🚨FRIDAY 15th of MAY will be the last lyrical acro 3-4 class so make sure you book your spot🚨

I’ve been sooo blown away by everyone’s hard work and passion and couldn’t have imagined I’d have sold out my class multiple times within the first two months 😊 so incredibly grateful for everyone who’s attended so wanted to make little appreciation video for everyone whose come to my Friday Lyrical Acro Class at Pineapple (I’ve loved seeing all your videos - ty for tagging meee) 🥰

NEW DROP IN CLASS💕- A contemporary class combining fluid choreography, floorwork, and light acro elements. Build strength, confidence, and flow while exploring dynamic movement and expression 😍 Ellen was also a competitive gymnast throughout her childhood, and with her floor routine she was ranked amongst the top ten in her region (for her age/category). Progressing into professional training, she received her diploma in Dance and Musical Theatre at the Urdang Academy (London). She has worked as a dancer both in the UK and internationally with companies and shows such as Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, The Kings Theatre, Mark Thompson Productions, Evolution Pantomimes, Theatre Severn, ‘We Will Rock You’ and more. ‘Kids Lyrical and tricks’ is all about musicality, expression and building confidence. Open to all levels, this class is perfect for young dancers who want to develop their technique in a supportive and energetic environment.
