I had shot Jack earlier in my career at Radio City so I had something to break the ice with as we were crammed into a very small nyc recording space - later on he showed me a polaroid collection of his own and his button maker.
We talked about talked about zodiac signs and Anne’s love for interior design - Anne was every bit of ethereal and kind as one would expect, all while being wildly creative and driven during vocal takes. Her dynamism and love for craft was so apparent.
