I’m excited to announce that I am a part of this year’s cohort for @keychangeeu This is a leadership program and initiative that empowers music industry leaders with the tools, knowledge, and networks needed to drive meaningful and lasting change within their organisations and communities. Our kickoff begins with a meet up at @tallinnmusicweek Last year I was there performing during the festival and this year I’m excited to be back in Tallin, Estonia for the program! Thank you @factorcanada for making this possible as a partner!

Women and non-binary music producers from around the world met in Calgary and Banff last summer as part of the NAC's commitment to address inequity within the music industry. The third annual creative summit allowed these producers from Australia, Sweden, Estonia, Mexico, Wales, and Canada to learn and grow their craft.
