The 2026 Luggi Foeger Uphill/Downhill SkiMo Race went down on Saturday, March 28, despite the diminishing snowpack, and these athletes absolutely crushed it! It was really cool to see the transitions in the base area as some of the athletes did 3 or 5 laps on the modified lower mountain course. The athletes were impressive and the costumes hilarious as always.

The 24th annual Dummy Downhill was so much fun and the perfect way to close out the 2025-26 season! The dummies were amazing and some of them flew super high and crashed hard. Always a memorable day at The Peak. Congrats to all the winners and thanks to all our participants, spectators, judges and staff who helped pull off this wacky event!

The Luggi Foeger Uphill/Downhill SkiMo race at Diamond Peak this Saturday, March 28 is ON, but with a modified lower mountain course. Pre-register by Friday for competitive divisions. Only Beer Luggi and kids doing the Lil’ Luggi can register day-of (at the Ticket Windows).

🌞 Main Luggi Course: Up Popular>Wiggle + Down Chute>Lower Show Off // Big Luggi = 2.7 Miles (3 laps) // Elite Luggi = 4.5 Miles (5 laps)

We’ll have a DJ at the base, Hoppy Hour hydration station at the top and costumes are strongly encouraged for all divisions. Alibi will be giving out raffle tickets based on how awesome your costume is.

🍺The Beer Luggi (non-competitive) participants can choose either course. No prizes will be awarded Beer Luggi division, but your registration includes a 16oz. Alibi beer or Hoppy Hour, a souvenir pint glass, and raffle ticket.

Even if you’re not racing you should come out to enjoy the music, food and drinks and the deck and cheer on the raecers. It will be fun to watch the transitions in the base area and they may need your encouragement as they head up for their multiple laps! Race begins at approximately 4:30pm.
