“We shot the elevator scene at Sydney Harbour Bridge at sunrise, then we flew to Tokyo and scouted the rooftop/streets that night. We did a recce the next day, shot the following day, and then we flew to Rome. To nail the match cuts and transitions, everything had to be meticulously planned, down to the smallest detail. I was committed to shooting everything in-camera, which ended up being our biggest challenge.
