What’s up party people?!?! This month’s Sunday Therapy Sesh is a little deviation from the norm.
My better half (@ler_ma ) is away visiting family, so I’m tasked with a solo sesh! Sunday 3-5 PST. I’ve got a bunch of groovy, funky, weird, vibey, tunes to tickle your brains after a long week.

Back again with another Sunday Therapy Sesh!
Just me and my lady playing each other some funky tunes!

We are back with our monthly radio show after a busy summer! This one will be just the two of us, as we want to lean hard into some hibernation chill music vibes lol. Hey, hey, hey, reminder! This Sunday, like every 4th Sunday of the month, we are back with Bobby for our Sunday therapy sesh, aka STS, at Bside. Usually, V2B tend to lean towards chill vibes. Sundays are for those chill times when you don’t rush; we try to reflect that in the music. This Sunday we are going in a bit different direction, festival inspired, may I say?
Here is a pic of us on the way to the dancefloor at @basscoastfest first night, that @the_uninsularist took. So it will be our silly B2B inspired by the festival season! Please come hang and dance! Or tune in and dance at home! Sunday July 37th, 1-3pm! Muah 💋 💃🪩‼️

This months episode is hosted @ler_ma & @dj_teebz (V2B, Sunday Therapy Sesh). These 2 dj’s need little introduction and have been long time favourites of @insideoutcollab since day dot.

Their show Sunday Therapy Sesh, airs every 4th Sunday of the month and is the perfect blend to a warm weekend playing stripped back, inspiring and interesting tunes for that easy rolling weekend.
