Today episode 7 of The Boys is available and it's my last for the season and the show! I started on The Boys in 2018 and ended up shooting 13 episodes over four seasons - the most of any other DP on the show. 😊It really was a career changing experience for me in many ways. I’m thankful for the opportunity. Watching @erickripke1 steer this ship and guide everyone with such passion, humour and good heartedness was felt by everyone. And I think that is what bonded the cast and crew in a way that you’ll be lucky to find once in a lifetime.

POSSIBLE SPOILER!!!

I am including just one image from this episode.

@jeffmossaproductiondesign's school set was inspiring. Daunting - but inspiring. The oculus in the cafeteria was tricky. Being built so high - it was difficult to frame in with our widescreen format. Not to mention, it was very close to the studio ceiling so there was not a lot of room for lighting.

This was an emotional episode for me. Over the many seasons of the show Frenchie and Kimiko became my favourite characters of the bunch. Tomer Capone and @karenfukuhara were gems to be on set with. Always so friendly and personable.

Given the episode’s outcome, I needed to get this right!

I worked with director Sylvain White and the actors to see if we could pick a wide shot and where they would be in it, well before the shoot day. I really wanted that subtle but distinct shaft of light illuminating these two at this pinnacle moment. Our rigging team were patient with me as we tried different lights and different approaches given the limited space we had to work with. In the end it was a 10K Mole beam with some clever rigging. I crossed my fingers that this shot would end up in the episode. Little did I know it would be the final shot. And my final shot of the show! A nice way to say - good bye!

Thanks for the great time!

First few days in Iceland and we packed a lot in! Golden circle adventures. Hot springs. A stay at an amazing Airbnb horse farm in a stunning landscape! Greenhouse tomato lunch. And horsies! It’s been a little crisp but the sun has been shining on us and it’s not very busy. More to come! 🇮🇸

A Ligne Roset classic, Michel Ducaroy’s Togo has been the ultimate in comfort and style for over fifty years. The timeless collection features an ergonomic design with multiple density polyether foam construction and quilted covers, making each piece both visually attractive and physically inviting. This set was purchased from Kiosk in Toronto in 2000 and has been carefully enjoyed by a single owner since. These sets go for $25,000 new and average $12-15K used. Sold as a set - I’m asking $9,500.Wear is consistent with use (see pictures). But it is generally in fantastic shape. Pictures also show authentic Ligne Roset tags and pin stripe fabric. Perfect for your home. Or for my production friends,a nice way to transform your client waiting area or lounge? DM if interested and we can talk further.

Last night in Bangkok and what a banger it was! First the back alleys of Chinatown followed by delicious bites at @8bahao . Followed by a cocktail crawl to some hidden gems. @god_bkk served up food pairings with your drink order as we were serenaded by a mad pianist up in the concrete balcony. Then @asia_today_bar for delicious honey gin cocktails served in beeswax cups. One last stop on the way home to @blessingsshophouse - a back alleys speakeasy vibe that we’d never have found unless escorted by our awesome chaperones. What a way to cap off an unbelievable 5 nights!!!

Another action packed day and night in Bangkok. Started at the grand palace. Then to Wat Pho where we saw the reclining Buddha. Quite a spectacular experience. The scale is hard to describe with a photo! Buddhas everywhere! And if you look close enough - sleeping kitties. Then a jaunt through Chinatown. Including the flower and food markets. Incredible to see such fresh produce! Fish eating pedicure anyone? Capped off with a dinner at the lovely Khao Sansek restaurant to celebrate both Valentine’s Day and the lovely Michele’s birthday. ❤️❤️❤️

Benjakitti Park in Bangkok has been the surprise favourite so far since we arrived three days ago. Located in the centre of this city of 25 million people it is a true jungle oasis. And to find out it is only three years old! Unbelievable. The waterways have helped filter rainwater and we could see fish swimming among the lily pads. A testament to how well this natural system is helping mitigate run off and pollution in such a heavily populated area. Watch out for the dragons! 😬 🦎

What a fun night at the Glenwood cemetary in Picton watching the 1931 version of Frankenstein! Calm and mild weather under the stars with a 2/3 full moon for creepy ambience. Then to arrive home to eerie fog in our backyard! Thanks @theregenttheatre

View Instagram Stories in Secret

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
