2021年 スタートとなる数人の協力者によって設立されたデザインスタジオ DODI
そんなスタジオから展開する オリジナルレーベルとして Doji Fetish より compression time series の作品のお取り扱いをスタートします。
compression time series より スツール が2脚 展示致します。
表面についた皺や窪みなどの形状は、制作時に指を数分置くことや、数回撫でることで柔らかく形状記憶されており、個人の時間が作品にとどまる姿が表されています。
形状記憶されている為、跡が元に戻ることはなく永続的に過去の時間を保存しています。
誰かが過去に座ったり使用した形跡が形として残る姿は時間を可視化し、日常の淡々とすぎる時間や現在を改めて感じることができます。
スツールやテーブル,オブジェとして。
全てハンドメイドによる制作で同じものはありません。
