It’s peak Saturday night. Lasers, smoke, hazy dreams and perfectly tuned Funktion-One’s. Even the trees are buzzing. The forest knows. Knows that a Japanese techno sensei is secretly entering Varden at 02:30 in the cover of darkness.
Doltz is a surprise, and not listed in the program. He comes in with an ambient, almost psychedelic sound. Then slowly layering of all the little sounds that circle around the main beat, letting tension build, balancing experimental and driving techno. There are no sudden drops, but periods of pulling back before reintroducing energy to the dance floor.
Doltz took us with him into what felt like a wormhole. The beat held us steady, but everything around it was spinning, stretching, and folding in on itself.
The reactions from the Monument family were as different as they were similar. Some were jumping, some were shaking, others were dancing pirouettes, moving slowly, or standing still. At times, it was like being inside a centrifuge or a washing machine. Not dizzy, but surrounded, as if the sound pressed against the body. His set was a physical experience: immersive, disorienting, yet weirdly grounding at the same time.
Friends, step into the rocket ship and journey through the wormhole once again. Let’s revisit Doltz at Varden together.

初めて彼のLIVEを体験したのは2025年のMoment。
前情報のないまま浴びたその音は、音楽という枠を越え、“音”そのものの既成概念を塗り替えるほどの衝撃であった。
実験的な構築と全く予想できない展開、そしてサウンドシステムを突き抜ける圧倒的な鳴り。完璧な緊張感の中から放たれる音は、空間の密度さえも変え、感情や思考の輪郭までも揺らし、深い余韻として残り続ける。
彼の独自の音像はダンスミュージックの文脈に接続しながらも、既存の枠組みに回収されることはなく、LIVEという形式すら超え、フロア全体を未知の体験へと変質させる存在として立ち上がる。
そして5/8は、そのDOLTZ.のLIVE SETに呼応するかたちで、LASERもLIVEで展開される。

2025年夏のEUツアーでは、ノルウェーのMonumentフェスティバルで土曜日のクロージングとして出演するなど今後の活動が全く読めない。

Building upon the striking elegance of their first collaboration, Tobias Freund and Shun Watanabe reunite as Tobias. Doltz. for another extended excursion into designer electronica with a warm, dubby glow at its centre. Their first album Versus arrived on Delsin in early 2025 as a result of a chance meeting at Eden Festival the year before. The spark of inspiration led quickly to a complete and coherent first body of work, and the same can be said for its prompt, equally inspired follow-up. Dealing in the gentle hum of digitally sculpted ambience and needlepoint micro-pulses, Freund and Watanabe evoke the experimental spirit and mellow immersion of golden-era clicks n’ cuts techno. While that early 00s phenomenon sometimes cracked around the edges of its DSP limitations, here a rich and porous sound world blooms out from the crisply defined structure of each track. At times the palette opens up to more organic sound matter, and there is ample space for full-bodied synths to ratchet down the rhythm, but a strong digital core of granular processing and exacting sound design form the bedrock of the album’s subtle, sublime sound. Even though its calm demeanour radiates an instant charm, like all great electronica Frontiers Of Science is an album of hidden depths to be absorbed steadily over subsequent trips

DOLTZはいくつかの要素をミックスし、ヒプノティックで没入感のあるテクノやアンビエント、実験的な音楽を構築している。電気的な揺らぎ、環境音、風景、テクノロジー、芸術全般からインスピレーションを受けている。有機的な成分と無機的な成分を調和させ、揺らぎや波形をサウンドスケープに変換する。
2022年末よりライブ活動を開始した影響とDJ Nobuのプレイに衝撃を受け、それまでリリースは全く参考にならないほど音楽性が変化した。2024年2月にBittaよりリリースしたEPでこれからのDOLTZを聴くことができる。
2024年は、BassianiやThe Bunker New York、Future Terror、Momentなど国内外問わず様々な現場でライブを行なっている。
DJ Nobuと組んだエクストリームノイズユニット［Omega Point］でのライブではテクノやダンスミュージックにとらわれないライブ表現を追求。
2025年3月にはTobias.と共同制作したアルバム「Versus」がDelsin RecordsからVinylでリリースされ、2025年7月にWOMBにTobias.Doltz.としてコラボレーションライブを行なった。2025年夏のEUツアーでは、ノルウェーのMonumentフェスティバルで土曜日のクロージングとして出演するなど今後の活動が全く読めない。

DOLTZはいくつかの要素をミックスし、ヒプノティックで没入感のあるテクノやアンビエント、実験的な音楽を構築している。電気的な揺らぎ、環境音、風景、テクノロジー、芸術全般からインスピレーションを受けている。有機的な成分と無機的な成分を調和させ、揺らぎや波形をサウンドスケープに変換する。
2022年末よりライブ活動を開始した影響とDJ Nobuのプレイに衝撃を受け、それまでリリースは全く参考にならないほど音楽性が変化した。2024年2月にBittaよりリリースしたEPでこれからのDOLTZを聴くことができる。
2024年は、BassianiやThe Bunker New York、Future Terror、Momentなど国内外問わず様々な現場でライブを行なっている。
DJ Nobuと組んだエクストリームノイズユニット［Omega Point］でのライブではテクノやダンスミュージックにとらわれないライブ表現を追求。
2025年3月にはTobias.と共同制作したアルバム「Versus」がDelsin RecordsからVinylでリリースされ、2025年7月にWOMBにTobias.Doltz.としてコラボレーションライブを行なった。2025年夏のEUツアーでは、ノルウェーのMonumentフェスティバルで土曜日のクロージングとして出演するなど今後の活動が全く読めない。
Lewo Chyba
Lewo Chyba (レヲチバ) はトラックメイカー、DJ、コンピュータ・ミュージシャン。1999年生まれ。
トラックメイカーとしては直近2025年8月にインドネシアのレーベル「UNDERRADAR Records」から「Repeating Depth EP」、2026年1月にスペインのレーベル「Diffuse Reality」から2ndアルバム「Ebi (海老)」をリリースするなど、数多くの楽曲をリリースしている。
DJとしては2023年8月にドイツ・フランクフルト、2024年3月にフランス・リヨン、2024年4月・2025年5月にベルギー・ブリュッセルでも公演するなど、世界中の地下テクノシーンでも活躍中。
2024年11月には落語家の語調を音楽的に捉え、テクノの電子音と掛け合わせたリズム・ユニット「MATSUBA」を落語家・桂枝之進と結成。
ARKUDA LABELの主宰として、テクノ・ハウスといったジャンルの楽曲を多くリリース。また「文字とクラブ」などのクラブイベントシリーズの企画も手掛けている。
TUI
京都を中心に活動するテクノDJ,プロデューサー。クラシック音楽からインスピレーションを受けた、化学反応のようなディープグルーブを操る。DJとして2025年夏にブリュッセル、ミラノ、ザールブリュッケン、同年秋に上海など世界の地下シーンでも活躍する。
自身がオーガナイズする"DEN-EN"では、¥ØU$UK€ ¥UK1MAT$U, DJ SHUFFLEMASTER, DJ TOOL, DJ Maria.をはじめとしたテクノシーンの重要人物らと共演し、日本におけるテクノの可能性を探る。

A key focus was how to embrace a sense of “subtraction” while utilizing WOMB’s LED panels — this, in fact, was one of the underlying themes of the event.
