Giving thanks to our bread community this Thanksgiving. Along with our camera pals @petermosiman @justkane @tskpictures we joined forces to bake sourdough batards, boules and babkas to benefit the @mptf Bake Sale hosted by Hollywood IA Young Workers and Local 700.We really miss baking for ya’ll, and maybe are even thinking of doing the occasional pop up here and there.Thoughts? 😬🎥🍞🥖🍪

Who doesn’t love a crumb shot?

5% rye
25% freshly milled soft winter wheat
20% freshly milled spelt
50% 13.5% protein bread flour
85% hydration
2% salt

Baked 500 for 20 min in @challengerbreadware then lid off another 18 min with a 10 min crust cure with oven door slightly ajar, oven off (nice way to heat up the house during these chilly mornings!)
