Most of the runners from Metal Health Club have recovered from Copenhagen Marathon by now.

Funny how that works. You spend months preparing for one day, and before you know it, you’re already thinking about the next goal.

Three weeks before race day, the group completed the Key Session — 3 × 7K at marathon pace. One of those workouts that can either build confidence or expose the work that still needs to be done.

Luckily, everyone came through it ready for race day.

Somewhere between the buildings,
the traffic, and the noise,
running creates a little space of its own.

Since November, the runners of Metal Health Club have been building the endurance and strength needed for a strong CPH Marathon. Monthly sessions with increasing volume at marathon pace. Not always as easy as it looks on paper - but always fighting and pushing through to the final lap.

This is a short video from the March session, where the group completed 3 × 5K at marathon pace. Still dark, cold and wet roads — but nothing that could hold the runners back.

DOXA runs Copenhagen. Ten years old at his first real race, founder John Hansen learned what consistency meant. That lesson shapes every seam of @doxarun, built for runners who need gear that performs in February rain but feels natural walking through Nørrebro after a long run. There's a reason the brand name comes from the Greek word for belief: this is performance designed for the mental side of running that GPS watches can't track. The commitment to show up through dark winters. The faith that work matters even when progress feels invisible. Each piece is tested on the same routes where DOXA took shape, because nothing is random when it comes to running. Discover how Copenhagen's running crews are building community with gear that actually lasts at RunningCrews.com.

Some kits look like they were made in a showroom.

This one feels like it came from somewhere else.

From the hours before the city gets loud. From race nerves, warm coffee, tired legs, old routes and people who kept coming back long enough for a run to become something more.

This is the version of MK that does not need to introduce itself anymore.

Not clean. Not safe. Not polite.

A little more heat.
A little more tension.
A little more of that feeling when the pace stops being comfortable and the group starts moving with intent.

For Copenhagen Marathon, we are wearing what the club has become.

Not every run starts with pace.
Sometimes it starts by standing still for a moment,
taking in the morning,
and then getting moving.

View Instagram Stories in Secret

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
