EJE is proud to be overseeing the architectural delivery of the Merewether Residences in Newcastle.

The project blends coastal charm with contemporary elegance. With Thirdi Group recently appointing Decode Group as the builder, construction has started with the temp facilities up & running & the mine grouting well underway. EJE has been involved on this project for over 3 years undertaking design development of the ILU buildings, various s4.55 applications & redesigning the clubhouse building. We are excited to continue working on this project through to completion.

This Commonwealth agency project refurbished an existing three storey harbourside building into a contemporary facility within a highly constrained operational setting.

An adaptive reuse approach retained the existing structure and its relationship with Sydney Harbour, extending the building’s life in a sustainable and responsible way.

The upgrade draws on the surrounding maritime landscape, with robust finishes supporting modern training, administration, and security within a functional, efficient, and resilient workplace.

Proud to acknowledge the cultural depth and Indigenous led artwork that has been beautifully integrated into the University of Newcastle’s Health Education Research Building (HERB), completed in 2025.

The creation of the art piece was through a collaboration supported by Dharug artist Liz Cameron @belanjeeart and Awabakal artist Shellie Smith, whose cultural expertise ensured indigenous knowledge and community input were embedded in the work. Their combined insight brought two distinct artistic perspectives together, creating a connected visual story grounded in healing, Country, and shared cultural practice.

The artwork continues throughout the building in perforated exterior screens and internal glazing films, contributing to privacy, wayfinding and cultural storytelling that honours local identity. The artwork, which was subject to Awabakal community member consultation, is a design response to the project’s surrounding gum tree environment, branches & trunk spotting, overlaid with the Awabakal possum skin coat patterning.

At the entry forecourt, Liz’s knowledge of cultural healing allowed the project team to introduce traditional medicinal plantings that reflect First Nations knowledge systems and their relationship with healing. The landscape strengthens cultural visibility and invites visitors to learn from Country.

We respectfully acknowledge the Awabakal people as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which the HERB stands and pay our respects to Elders past and present.

View Instagram Stories in Secret

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
