Traveling with a family of 5 let alone a family of 8 can be exciting, but a lot of planning went involved with this trip. A glimpse at our evening in Italy. April was a beautiful month spent with celebrating Brynne’s 2nd birthday, enjoying Easter with friends and family, bike rides with Elodie, lots of pilates and peloton rides, playing outside and getting wedding ready. Excited to welcome May 🫶🏽

Happy #IWD to all the women that cross the BodyRok Oakland doors. The ones that make time for movement to fill their cup, find some joy, heal a little, and become the strong women that the world needs.

Wrapping up the year with my family this December was so magical. From going to see Christmas lights, to the girls annual Nutcracker with Dad, riding the Christmas train, decorating and making LOTS of cookies with cousins from NYC to ice skating and many more adventures not all captured. If you know me then you know family is the MOST important part of my life. Grateful to God every day to have my family! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Today I am thankful for @theworldofruben_2.0 and I want to wish him a wonderful Father’s Day! Parenting is SO HARD at times, and with 3 girls 😮‍💨 but you always find space to spend quality time with them. You have grown so much in patience over the years and give them so much love! They are so lucky to have you as there dad🥰😘 We love you and most importantly I love you and I am so thankful we continue to find time to make each other a priority
