Synthesis No.4 [2026] for @park.in.park.tokyo at @miyashitapark_ (Tokyo,JP)
Synthesis for @park.in.park.tokyo at @miyashitapark_ in Shibuya, JP April 27, 2026 - May 3, 2025 - Public LED Exhibition.
Synthesis is a on-going series of experiments, creating iterative works around the exploration of movement and the extraction of these data to be displayed in multiple final forms, utilizing technology as a basis to enhance our sense of reality. For this first iteration we created 4 visual works where I reflected on the fast moving culture and space of Shibuya, with over 1,7 million moving through Miyashita Park Monthly. I want to create moment that brings nature and innate sense of body and awareness of one’s surrounding. Utilizing data visualization of real time joint data, exploring how these visuals can be integrated within the environment and enhance what we don’t notice, with the hope to give a moment of stillness to observe oneself.
