Across four tracks, Wetlands EP navigates a range of sonic environments and emotional states, defined by meticulous sound design and some of the most detailed production heard on the label to date. Confident, versatile, and built for play across a wide spectrum of BPMs, Wetlands EP is out now on all platforms.

🗣️Words from Neida: These tracks were originally composed in 2024 and were selected by Joe and Warren through a bunch of demos I sent them. I like to think of this EP as a selection of four club-driven tracks, each one representing four different images/scenes. 

In ‘Wetlands,’ you navigate through a mysterious marsh where toads leap and muddy waters bubble. ‘The Pursuit’ is a pretty straightforward track, but it does a good job of giving you the feeling that someone or something is chasing you. 

‘Stuck In It’ is mechanical, giving the impression that you’re in a loop, stuck in an engine. With ‘Function’ I wanted to soundtrack this precise scene of a sweaty and smoke-filled club I had in mind, where dancers are lost in their moves, carried away by a tunnel of bass. All of these tracks were made In the box with Ableton. I mainly used samples, recordings I collected over the years and a little bit of my voice.”

Neida breaks down his latest single Wetlands, showing how LFOs, saturation, and delay transform simple sounds into a deep, hypnotic lead using basic tools.

Wetlands started as a tripped out glitchy half-time jam and evolving into a huge machine-drum techno club tool. Written in 2024 and crafted entirely in Ableton using samples, field recordings and subtle vocal textures, the EP reflects a producer shaping immersive club environments with clarity and control.
