Meet the Showcase designers: Matthew David Andrews
Matthew David Andrews is a London-based fashion designer and graduate of the BA Fashion Design Womenswear course at Central Saint Martins. Since graduating, his practice has evolved through custom looks developed with celebrity stylists, dressing clients including Lady Gaga, alongside growing industry exposure and international coverage including Vogue, Dazed and Harper’s Bazaar.
His work is informed by a continuous return to his graduate collection, revisiting failed silhouettes and discarded ideas as part of an ongoing process of refinement and reinterpretation. Rooted in Essex culture, his practice draws on exaggerated self-presentation and character-led styling, shaped by a personal experience of queerness and gender perception that underpins his emotionally driven, conceptually grounded approach to design.
Collaborating with Matthew on the show, Jenny Beattie is a milliner whose practice explores the narrative and transformative power of headwear. Originally inspired by years spent creating playful, sculptural headpieces in Bangkok, her work combines craftsmanship with a strong sense of character and storytelling. Longtime friends and collaborators, Jenny and Matthew work closely to realise bold, imaginative pieces that continually push the boundaries of millinery.

This June, alongside the Fashion District Showcase, guests are invited to experience Digital Umbra, a unique collaboration between Fashion Innovation Agency and Jason Bruges Studio.
Exclusively created for SXSW London 2026, the hybrid media artwork captures shadows to create a unique shared experience by blending the physical and virtual world. As visitors journey through the space, their silhouettes are recorded and translated into digital imprints that gradually accumulate and evolve over time. The result is a collective landscape set within a distorted version of Spitalfields Market.
Combining existing technology with an experimental lens, Digital Umbra invites the viewer to explore the power of their own shadow. Traces that are usually left behind in the physical world, are used to reimagine a new spatial experience; a dynamic, ever-changing “Shadow World”.

On 2 June, Fashion District is partnering with Spitalfields E1 and SXSW London to present a landmark Showcase spotlighting fashion's most exciting emerging designers.
Moving beyond the traditional catwalk, the event merges physical runway with digital innovation. Creatively directed by award-winning stylist Kim Howells and soundtracked by DJ Mr Redley, striking digital twins will be presented on the C-Screen — extending the runway into new dimensions and blurring the boundaries between light, motion and human form.
Step into the future of fashion. Book your ticket now via the link in bio.

Meet one of the digital artists behind our upcoming Showcase: Imogen Fox.
Imogen is a creative technologist and immersive artist working across 3D, XR, AI, and graphic design to create immersive visual worlds. Her practice explores the shifting relationship between perception and reality, informed by cyberfeminism, surrealism, and post-human thought. Through speculative digital environments, she examines how bodies, machines, and virtual worlds intersect.
For the Showcase, Imogen’s work will be presented during the runway. As the designers take to the stage, striking digital twins will be presented on the C-Screen, creating a layered experience where fashion, motion and digital form converge.

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
