Un testimone silenzioso. 🏛️🎹
Costruito nel 1545, l'organo Facchetti-Lanzi della Basilica di San Sisto è l'unico oggetto che ha "visto" la Madonna Sistina di Raffaello prima della sua partenza per Dresda, quasi 300 anni fa.
In "QUADRO", @federico.perotti interroga questo strumento, trasformando il vuoto lasciato dal capolavoro in un'esperienza sonora viva. Attraverso il suo timbro antico e instabile, ricuciamo lo strappo tra il Rinascimento e oggi.

Concerto e anteprima album QUADRO

QUADRO è il nuovo progetto discografico di Federico Perotti. Un'opera che non si limita all'ascolto, ma ambisce a farsi spazio, architettura e immagine. Il
progetto indaga il vuoto profondo lasciato nella Basilica di San Sisto di Piacenza in
seguito alla vendita e alla partenza, avvenuta quasi 300 anni fa, della Madonna Sistina di Raffaello.
Le trame sonore dell'organo di Federico Perotti si intrecciano al respiro dei violini di Hannah Weirich e Juditha Haeberlin, dando vita a una geometria di suoni che abita il silenzio e trasforma il tempo in un'esperienza sensoriale.

First it was premiered on radio3 @rbb, then it was the final moment of TOUGH GUY, the choreography of @amandadonato3 at @berlinerfestspiele, then finally I improvised live to it at the wedding ceremony of @caseyspooner & @tinen212, in poses choreographed by @goeksu_kunak. What a unique night it was at @claerchens_ballhaus. Our outfits were made by @lucillaschmidinger with the help of @kgsfrench.photo who also created the cover art of the release.

Love the voice of @lucillaschmidinger and the baroque harp of @harp_knocklife. Fructus Eius is released by @feralnote and available digitally.

Fructus Eius is a collaborative track. LUCI LLA has been singing in vocal ensembles but this is her first solo project. Inspired by Palestrina’s Canticum Canticorum (Song of Songs), she redefined the lines of the secular love confessions. “Fructus eius dulcis gutturi meo”translates to “His fruit is sweet to my palate” and is re-interpreted by LUCI LLA as a self-assuring inner dialog. The electronics and production by Kaan Bulak enable the piece to move forward and backwards, giving it a timeless flow – complemented by the baroque harp of Luise Enzian.

In The Fruit Fly, @alyeissamusic presents a singular, immersive journey—one long, continuous composition that weaves together meditative, repetitive motifs with expansive, evolving melodies. Inspired by the simple, often overlooked beauty of fruits, the piece honors life’s fleeting pleasures and the moments of stillness within it. Through intricate oud playing and subtle improvisations, Eissa invites the listener into a deep, reflective space, where time becomes elastic and the sound becomes a living, breathing entity.

Drawing from his roots in Egyptian classical and folk traditions, Eissa’s performance combines the traditional and the contemporary, enveloping the audience in a meditative atmosphere that lingers long after the last note fades. With each performance unique in its execution, The Fruit Fly promises an experience where music, movement, and emotion align in a celebration of life’s simplest joys.
