This week marks the launch of ‘After Hours’, a new social series for @alomen based around recovery. When planning this shoot we selected @chalobah and @lukeshaw to lead things off. Having Trev and Luke on set was eye opening for me to really understand the nature of recovery to a new level. Recovery is resetting, not just for the body, but for the mind. It doesn’t matter how big or small the stage is that you are on, recovery is needed to stay in tune with who you are and embrace new paths. The time to intentionally rest and reset is what helps us grow into a stronger version of ourselves. Really so grateful for this opportunity to lead the direction of this project.
