We are so in love with "The Listener," a standout piece from Cathy Hegman’s new series, Peace Talks. Cathy’s work has become a springtime tradition for us, and it’s easy to see why.

Sometimes inspiration strikes, and you simply have to follow it. ✨

That was exactly the case when we brought together Cathy Hegman’s luminous Blue Heron and one of Rod’s captivating Furies. Certain pieces seem to find each other naturally, and the moment these two shared a space, we knew something special was happening.

The softness and movement of Cathy’s painting paired beautifully with the raw elegance and quiet intensity of Rod’s sculpture. Unexpected, a little dramatic, and completely mesmerizing together.

One of the best parts of living with art every day is getting to play, experiment, and discover combinations that stop us in our tracks. This pairing did exactly that.

We couldn't let Mother's Day go by without sharing these fabulous pieces!

Along with Rod's Ballerinas, earlier this week we received three incredible Furies, which are all currently on view in our main showroom. No matter what else is on view, Rod's sculpture always melds perfectly. It's truly a marvel how his Furies and Ballerinas are so uniquely refined yet so eager to play with the work around them, creating something that might be unexpected but always simply delightful to look at.
