I finally had a chance to working with @yanzai729 /@dtmracingsport , from concept to reality… it’s been a long journey but it totally worth it.
For the kits it has over 50 pieces to put together!
As for the design, we homage a lot of FT1 elements, including the hood, front lips, rear bumper, etc.
My favorite part is that giant spoiler across the trunk, it completely changes the Supra’s silhouette from behind.
It’s not my first time seeing a concept become a reality, but it’s always a pleasure to see it happening!
The event is on December 8th, we will see more action of this beast.

I can't believe this is my 3rd time remodeling the R888R in 3D.
Let's look at the history of my r888r model
V1, textures were all over the places.
V2, a proper PBR workflow, but still hard to across different software.
V3, the final version (I think?) the tire treads and tire sidewall are in one mesh, only 4 textures required.
And plus, it was built in real life dimensions, thanks for ChatGPT writing me a Maxscript to speedup the measurement process. lol
20'' done, we have whole lineup waiting for modeling. 🚀
