Locally made! We have set up our own oatmilk microbrewery in the centre of Bristol, using a process we've developed and tweaked over the years. There aren't many people producing and distributing fresh oatmilk on a city-wide scale, but thats what we're here for, to see if it can be done in the most sustainable way ♻️

A cold bottle of chocofloat in the fridge is a good tonic for these hot hot days! These little ones can be delivered via the doorstep delivery so you always have a stock :)

ad | i just had the creamiest milk and chocolate milk! i didn’t know chocolate milk could taste this creamy. i normally drink alpro protein chocolate milk because it’s really creamy, but this one from @floatmylk_ is on another level, super velvety, thick, and so tasty 🥛

the plain oat milk is barista-grade and not like your typical oat water 😆 @floatmylk_ uses a lesser-known type of oat called naked oats (Avena nuda) from @turnersofbytham , which are actually quite different from the ones you’d usually use for porridge

they’re kind of perfect for oat milk because they naturally have more oil, which is why @floatmylk_ tastes extra rich and creamy, more like whole milk instead of the usual thin stuff. so so good

Easter choco hunt! Although we've been making chocofloat for a few years now, I don't think we've done a post about it - well now you know where to find them!!! (actually they're not generally in blossoming trees but on our website for doorstep delivery)

The cocoa we use to make it is sourced from @radekschocolate, fine bristol makers of delicious treats, now with a church road shop!

Milo is an avid cyclist (he can be spotted going about Bristol as a cycle courier on non-oatmilkmaking days), and Float bottles fit into his water bottle holder pretty neatly! We have worked hard this year to improve the float recipe; to make it the ideal foamability for baristas and nutritionally match whole dairy milk as closely as possible - and now we're ready to bring it to more people!
