I wrote an article about a new bike that launched today over on @vitalmtb. I was really hoping my preferred seat angle would distract some negative commenters about a new suspension layout. Hard to tell if successful yet.
First proper review for me. Goals were to be as objective and honest as possible, feel pretty good about that.
Getting to meet Ben and Tobin along the way was an unexpected treat.
TLDR: We had fun, and bikes are still neat.

Take a ride down the NWCup cat 1 / Pro course with me. Keeping the commentary interesting while trying to stay upright and dodge pedestrians is harder than it looks 😂

Partnering with @racecascadia for the CDC Enduro series this year was a no brainer.Being atthe North Slope rd 1 this weekend felt a lot like coming home, having been a part of the very first round table discussion to formulate this race series back in 2012’ish.
We saw a lot of old friends, and met a lot of new ones. It is so heartwarming to see how the torch has been passed with Cam and his amazing team. The true sign of a thoughtfully prepared event is when the head honcho is cool as a cucumber smoothly orchestrating from the base area.
We spent more time on the bike than in the vendor area. Trails were so prime it was hard to resist.
Also quite fun to keep a timing chip in the pocket, a camera on the helmet, riding with mates, and the stress at bay.
More of these to come!

1 week out from @racecascadia Rd 1 / North Slope Enduro!
FlowCraft will be setup Friday and Saturday, will have tools on the ready, riding a bit, and may snag a timing chip for a lap or two 😯
Swing by the tent and say hi. Or maybe we’ll see you on the course. And if you want to talk about bike setup, or anything for that matter, come on down 🤘🏼
We’ve been involved with the CDC series since the very beginning, and went to the Cap Forest Classic for the first time about 20 years ago, but have never been to North Slope!
See ya there 🤙🏼

We’re investing in our future at FlowCraft! An economical vehicle for local travels has been on the list, and when this little toaster popped up we couldn’t resist. If you see the HiJet around, pop in to say hello and let’s get you tuned up!

I’ve been long overdue for a few thanks to give out. I’ve been back at work recently, but my mind has been elsewhere. I’ve kept thinking about all the people that helped me have an amazing time in Chile a few weeks ago for my race. In no particular order…
@larsnbars thank you. You and @flowcraftmtb helped me dial in my bike even better than I thought it could be. Funny thing is, even though I know bikes pretty well, I still appreciated help. I first hopped on my @iamspecialized Demo and it was so good I did the basics and just rode it. But Lars helped me optimize the suspension setup. Turns out a little bit more calm feeling is a good thing.
@mt_rides, thanks for still being on this side of the dirt. Through everything you’ve been through, you still work hard and keep trying, and I deeply admire that.
@felipebikeandgo you are the man. In the middle of putting on coaching camps, and racing XC, going fast and racing DH, being a husband and father, and talking to literally everyone, you still had us over and called me a payaso and gave my brakes the best bleed they ever had. Thank you. If my brakes ever need another bleed, I’m selling the bike.
@hatcha_wentz thank you. You know, for packing snacks for me.
And you too Back Fat, you know who you are. I don’t even know if you want to be tagged or not, so I’m leaving that out. Thanks for supporting the people that keep striving.

A lot of miles have been logged in between some great client sessions lately. Spring is here and trails are running fast!
While optimizing bikes down to the smallest details is our specialty, we can help keep bikes operating in a pinch when tragedy occurs 😂. This derailleur got coerced back into alignment with a multitool & rock and a hard place.
The only tube on this ride that got pinched is another story.
Word is spreading and people are catching on to the magic we can make happen. If you feel like there’s more that your bike has to offer, give a shout and we can talk through the many ways we can help 🤙🏼#bikesetup #suspension #tuning #mtb

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
Keep track of Instagram updates discreetly while protecting your privacy and staying anonymous.
View profiles and photos anonymously with ease using the Private Profile Viewer.
This free tool allows you to view Instagram Stories anonymously, ensuring your activity remains hidden from the story uploader.
