First flowjam of the year was popping 🌟 At a couple of points last night, I just stood in a corner feeling so happy to see so many people of all ages and skill levels playing, exploring, moving their bodies, challenging themselves. Most peops who come are in their 20-40s, but we definitely had some boomers last night. There is something so magical about seeing grown ups play with toys ✨

Here’s to more play, less judgement, more joy, more kindness to ourselves and each other … it’s what the world needs 🌈

I saw this beautiful reel by @danielrosemagic and it made me think of all the astounding things our creations have done in the great out there over the last 20 years ✨ it’s amazing to me that we get to serve and enable talented artists like Daniel and many others at all stages of their flow, juggling, martial, twirling, circus and personal journeys 🌈

Some of you love performing for large audiences, some spin for the fairies in the woods … some of you juggle with friends, some of you flow alone… thank you all for taking us along for the ride. It’s been a wild 20 years and I hope we can continue enabling y’all to shine for 20 more ✨

Aah the iconic flowtoys cart is at @libfestival now 🌟 the stories behind the cart could fill a whole coffee table book 📖 from the making of, to the adventures, and all the people whose lives have been changed through this portal of light that has served as a beacon at art and music festivals in the west coast 🌈
.
It takes a special human to manage the cart and our amazing festy manager @chachness_monster has all it takes in spades. You gotta be handy, you gotta be on it, you gotta wanna be in service and working while everyone else is activated and partying, you gotta love the flow arts and juggling, run on little sleep while being super friendly and helpful to people who might be drifting in another orbit while doing math and counting money in the dark, answering half a dozen questions while making sure that $1k dragon staff doesn’t walk off and if it does, never accuse anyone of having any malintent… and so much more. For some peops it’s the perfect fit 🌟🌈💖 and we’re so grateful for our team 🌟

The team is wrapping up at @libfestival today 🤩 can’t wait to hear the stories and see the clips 💖 we’ve been vending at LIB for over 20 years and it’s been amazing to experience it grow and evolve over the decades. The first year we went, Sean and I did an art trade for vending… planting over a hundred oggz in a tree every evening … and taking them down in the morning to charge. We vended off our long tail bike always mobile. Sean made the iconic cart a few years later… did you know it transforms into a box small enough to fit in a VW van? We basically made it as large as we could but small enough to fit in our old van 😜
.
We have several wagons now as well and it’s one of my dreams to develop a pretty wagon that can be broken down to fit in a trunk of a car so peops can bring and share flowtoys at micro festivals and gatherings. It’s brought so much joy and purpose to our lives, I hope to enable more people to experience the bliss ✨

This past Sunday was the best day of my life 🌟 For realz. And I’ve had a lot of great days.
.
I spent it with my partner in all things @seanvonstade - we discovered a fairytale waterfall hike, filled with mossy rocks, ferns, amazing tree roots and little pools. We did a beautiful drive to the Sonoma County coast, and had the whole gorgeous stretch to ourselves in perfect weather. Visited our favorite rocks and trees, hiked down to the water, found pretty succulents along the path clinging to the cliff sides, enjoyed a beautiful sunset ✨
.
We were prepared for a little picnic party - we brought 2 soundboks, a camp chair, flowtoys, and a cooler of food. We thought we would spend the evening there, but it was so clement that we ended up enjoying ourselves till well past midnight. Played with our toys, saw thousands of stars, danced with each other, stretched on the grass. The grass was the best grass ever - it was soft and dry. There were no bugs! I love California 🌈
.
I started off the evening by saying this was the top 3 days of my life, by the end of the night, both of us agreed that it was the best day of our lives. Best friend + good weather + nature + music + nourishment + flowtoys = best day ever 💖
