Taste-testing Japan’s favourite cheesecake @letao_australia (and reliving childhood nostalgia) on the latest episode of Forkcast.
What do you think they taste like?
Listen wherever you get your podcasts or watch on YouTube.
Quincy and Ricky walk into @garfield_pizzeria, currently the pizza spot everyone’s talking about, led by @karen_martini. We chat, we drink, we cut pizza with scissors.
Watch and listen to the full episode on YouTube, Apple Podcasts or Spotify.
@letao_australia’s signature Double Fromage comes out of Hokkaido, known for its rich dairy, and once you try it… it clicks. Light, creamy, gone in seconds.
LeTAO also has seasonal flavours in rotation alongside the original, plus cookies and other sweet bits worth grabbing on the side.
Full podcast coming soon.
Thanks LeTAO for working with us.
Fig + ricotta croissants by a reality cooking show alum, thoughts on Noma and how to combat bad oysters – this week on Forkcast.
Shot at @timeaftertime_mel

Bibs on, gloves up. 🦀
For the latest episode of Forkcast, @forksake + @quincepaste_ take on a spicy Sri Lankan curry crab at @ministryofcrab.australia – the restaurant’s first location outside Asia.
Listen wherever you get your podcasts or watch on YouTube.
NEW EPISODE 🚨 Quincy reveals her go-to (and only) Ecuadorian food plug, and Ricky opens up about his first time eating guinea pig – this week on Forkcast.
Listen wherever you get your podcasts, or watch on YouTube.
The Sri Lankan heavyweight @ministryofcrab.australia has clawed its way to Melbourne, with outposts across seven countries and counting. It’s all very polished and proper until the bibs come out and the black gloves snap on. Then it’s every diner for themselves. 🦀
@quincepaste_ kicked things off with a wasabi gimlet, sharp, clean and bitey. From there it was full shell mode. Crab liver pâté, crab kaphrao, chilli butter leader prawns, and the Sri Lankan curry mud crab that demands commitment and zero shame. Finishing off with a coconut crème brûlée, torched table side in an actual coconut shell.
Hear the full debrief on the @forkcast Podcast! Thanks to the Ministry of Crab team for hosting and letting us film and feast.
Our first episode back talking all things tennis 🎾 and good times. At @mpavilion eating some @piccolinagelateria 🍏
Our latest episode we shot late last year at @halaya.melbourne is now live! First time trying sisig, Gaga recap, Blackbird review drama + the top restaurant openings of 2026. Watch now on YouTube, Spotify or Apple Podcasts.
Forkcast is back and Quincy and Ricky have taken a field trip to the glorious chaos that is Paramount Food Court. Expect noodle steam facials, offal chat that goes deeper than anyone asked for, a few event recaps, and the kind of cheap thrills that only a CBD food court can deliver.
Grab your headphones. Grab a snack. Things get delightfully unhinged.
Our latest Forkcast episode is live. Huge thanks to @ogimelbourne for letting us film in their stunning courtyard and feeding us the dream trio of Vitello Tonnato, meatballs and that pesto pasta. Bliss.
Huge thanks to @nikitha_martins for production and editing of this episode 🫶
The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
Keep track of Instagram updates discreetly while protecting your privacy and staying anonymous.
